Hello family,

We’re Josh & Maya Waiters, and we’re so excited to share our journey with you. We’ve been married for 5 amazing years, and our path to starting Bold & Rooted has been filled with faith, growth, and discovering what it truly means to walk in what truly matters.

When we first met, we had big dreams of building a life centered around God’s love. But as time went on, we realized we couldn’t do it alone. We longed for a community of like-minded people who would encourage, uplift, and walk alongside us in our faith journey. We wanted a space where we could fellowship, pray together, and grow in Christ—not just on Sundays, but every day.

That’s when the vision for Bold & Rooted was created. A place where we can come together, rooted in God’s Word, and live out our faith boldly. A space where people can feel loved, supported, and encouraged, where we can share our struggles and victories as a community. It’s a place to pray together, to lift one another up, fellowship together and to grow into who God has called us to be.

Even though we didn’t have it all figured out, we trusted God to guide us, and Bold & Rooted began to take shape. We want this community to be a place for you—where you can find belonging, build meaningful relationships, and grow in your faith alongside others. It’s not perfect, but it’s real, and we’re building it together.
